With more than three years dedicated specifically to disaster recovery analytics, William has supported four FEMA housing missions as a subcontractor, generating actionable insights that helped thousands of survivors transition from temporary to permanent housing.
He specializes in data analysis, visualization, and cloud computing, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, and AWS to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable impact.
